Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Emira Platform you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Candidate and agency roles have different permissions enforced by Emira.
Acceptable use
You must not upload false documents, impersonate others, or attempt to access data belonging to other users or agencies. Agencies must only register candidates they are authorised to represent.
Recruitment process
Listing of jobs and progression through recruitment stages does not guarantee selection, offer, visa approval or deployment, which depend on employers and external authorities.
Fees & commission
Any agency commission, invoices and payments are recorded in the Platform as agreed with Emira.
Liability
The Platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Emira is not liable for decisions made by employers or government authorities.
Changes
